Customer Success Manager
At Rivia Health, Jonathan manages customer implementation and onboarding, maintains client accounts and customer success, and applies expertise in product management cross-functionally to optimize product development strategy and workflows.
My Story
Jonathan has 7 years of healthcare experience across multiple departments to include support, sales, operations, and marketing. He was the impact player of the year at Surgical Information Systems for saving multiple large clients and turning them into highly reference-able advocates of the company. He attended the SIS winner’s circle trip in 2018 for achieving his sales targets which included a large sought after RCS prospect. He then went on to successfully develop and grow the inside sales teams at a number of remote care startups.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys ballroom dancing with his wife, playing guitar for a 16-piece wedding band, and spending time with his 85lb greyhound and 15lb cat.
