Tracy Mextorf

Tracy is a creative services leader focused on both design management and digital media development. With a master’s in design management from SCAD, she has previously served as Creative Director at a healthcare education company and most recently, as Director of Multimedia at an EdTech company. Serving as player-coach to various multi-disciplinary design teams, she has developed and led branding, website development, native and web app UX/UI, videography, graphic design, and eLearning. Tracy has also led multiple communications teams at both PAEA and AIGA DC, developing mission-based marketing campaigns and social media messaging focused on scaling engagement and digital media presence.

 

Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, Tracy spent a significant amount of time working within hospitals, nursing homes, and clinical trials — connecting with residents and learning pain points from patients and providers within healthcare systems. She has since, been driven by empathy to apply creative solutions within healthcare systems that benefit both patients and providers; a mission that mirrors the core values of Rivia Health.
